What is the Project Giving Guide?
The Project Giving Guide (PGG) is a listing of specific CRWM programs and projects: Bibles, training sessions for church leaders, national evangelist salaries, workshops for Christian educators, seminary scholarships, agriculture programs, scholarships for AIDS orphans and so much more. Projects are an integral part of CRWM ministry in a world in need the Good News of Jesus. You are also an integral part of this ministry and one of the many ways you can make a difference is by donating towards a project.
How can I use the Project Giving Guide?
The Project Giving Guide is an opportunity to get involved in a very personal way. Looking for a birthday gift, wedding present or anniversary gift for someone? Choose a project, make a donation and give a gift of ministry in honor of that person. Looking for a project to support with your Sunday school class, or perhaps with your elementary school class? Choose a project, take a look at our fundraising ideas and raise the money with your class. Do you have a passion for a particular country or a certain type of ministry? Choose a specific project and make donation.
Why should I donate towards a specific project?
Less than 40% of Christian Reformed World Missions' annual budget is funded by Christian Reformed Church member ministry shares. The remaining funds come from individual gifts, special church offerings, gifts from Sunday schools, church fellowship groups, youth groups, Christian school classes, or other groups who raise money for a country, missionary, program, or project. Your individual gifts ensure that CRWM ministry, including projects, continue to happen.
How can I make a donation towards a specific project?
- Online - View a list of ministry projects, including descriptions and pictures, and make your donation online from Canada or from the US. If you are giving from overseas, choose either Canada or the US.
- Check - Make your check payable to Christian Reformed World Missions (CRWM), send it to the CRWM offices in Canada or the US, and clearly designate which project(s) you are supporting on the memo line. Please be very specific in your correspondence so we know exactly what to do with your gift.
- Phone - Call us in Canada (1-800-730-3490) or in the US (1-800-346-0075) to make your donation over the phone.
Fundraising Ideas
Looking for ideas on how to raise funds? In addition to donating towards a project yourself or giving a gift to someone else, you can choose a project as a way to get your Sunday school or church more involved or as a gift for a birthday, wedding or anniversary.

Gifts to ministries that are oversubscribed, or cannot be completed, will be directed to those that have a similar intent or ministry location.
