Summer Missions Opportunities for Young Adults

HIV/AIDS Education/Prevention team
Join a team of North American and Filipino young adults to lead workshops on HIV/AIDS prevention in schools, churches, and other settings. Build relationships with Filipino Christians as you work together to discuss the often-taboo topic of HIV and AIDS with the young adults who most need to hear about it. There are only six spots available! Interest or studies in public health, nursing, or youth ministry is recommended. Musical ability is a plus! This is a six-week opportunity, beginning early June 2012. Applications are due by February 1, 2012.
Teach in Asia this summer!
Teach VBS! Join a team of eight to ten adults that will prepare and teach a vbs-type program for elementary-aged children. Dates for this opportunity are July 18 through August 5, 2012.
OR
Teach English to adult learners. Teaching experience not required! Dates for this opportunity are June 28 through July 15, 2012.
